for £17 per month or £204 per year we will

  • Register you as an employer with HMRC and assist you in the set up of an online PAYE account.
  • Act as an 'agent' for you with HMRC, dealing with any queries on your behalf.
  • Process your employee's monthly payroll through our payroll system.
  • Send 'Real Time Information' (RTI) submissions directly to HMRC on your behalf.
  • Email monthly draft payslips directly to you and your employee, showing year to date figures.
  • Process any statutory payments your employee is due such as Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay.
  • Process and issue P60's and P45's.
  • Process your employee's holiday pay.
  • Provide you with access to our Dashboard area where you can see all final payslips, P60's, and payments made to HMRC.
  • Provide access to a holiday management system on the Dashboard where your employee can request holidays and you can approve them.
  • Provide your employee with access to our smartphone app where they can access their payslips and other information.
  • Provide you with a fully comprehensive Contract of Employment to use for your employee.

Plus Pension only an additional £60 per year

Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the UK must put certain staff into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. This is called 'automatic enrolment'. If you employ at least one person you are an employer and you have certain legal duties.

For only £60 each year we will:

  • Set you up as an employer with NEST Pension Scheme.
  • Register your employee with NEST Pension Scheme.
  • Provide all 'employer notices' for employees throughout the staging process.
  • Monitor your employee’s monthly payment threshold and eligibility.
  • Support you to set up a direct debit so that you do not need to worry about remembering to pay pension contributions each month.
  • Make the first Declaration of Compliance to The Pensions Regulator on your behalf and monitor any additional or future declarations.

for an additional £10 per month or £120 per year we will

  • Pay your employee directly on the last working day of each month.
  • Pay HMRC on your behalf each month.

We will collect one monthly payment from you by direct debit.

N.B. we are unable to pay your employee directly if you pay them using a Tax Free Childcare Account or Employer Voucher Scheme.
